Teaching & Learning Assistant (SEN) - Grade 7

 

Appointment type - Fixed Term - Due to pupil numbers until the end of August 2023

Salary details - £13,326.96 - £14,433.84 per annum

Job term - Part Time

Hours - 25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Closing Date - 26 March 2023

The Governors are seeking a suitably skilled individual to work in Nursery and across school with experience of supporting children with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis, perceptive to emotional behaviours and has a keen interest in supporting in and out of the classroom to promote inclusion and learning. 

 

As a school we are keen to find an individual who will fit into the hard working, friendly ethos of the school.  The ideal candidate will be very patient, kind and able to use initiative.  You will need to be committed to your own professional development, have a calm manner and a passion and commitment to encouraging children to achieve the best of their ability.

Class Teacher - EYFS

 

Salary details - MPS £28,000 - £38,810 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding teacher to join our school to teach an EYFS class from September 2023. 

The Governors are looking for an experienced and highly motivated teacher to join our welcoming and friendly staff team.

 

Hasland Infant and Nursery School, in Chesterfield, is a large popular school with approximately 360 children. Our children are happy learners, well behaved and enthusiastic.

Our children learn best when teaching is engaging and innovative, so we want to appoint a teacher who can contribute to our creative approach to teaching, is inclusive and has high expectations.

The successful candidate will be someone who:

  • has recent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and its expectations.
  • has proven they can teach to a high standard
  • has knowledge of the effective assessment processes used in early years
  • has excellent classroom management and will embrace fully the school ethos
  • has effective organisational skills
  • is lively, enthusiastic and able to work as a team member
  • is able to work closely with parents and involve them in their child's education
  • is able to work as a team with current staff in and outside the classroom.
